Raul De Luzenberger is the Deputy Head of the EU Delegation to South Africa. Previously he served as Inspector of the EU Delegation in Brussels (Belgium), Deputy Head of Delegation at the EU Office in Rabat (Morocco), Head of Delegation of the EU Office in Yerevan (Armenia) as well as Associate professor of Economics at the University of Oriental Studies in Napoli. He holds economics degrees from the University of Naples Federico II and the University of Rome, both in Italy and an MA Economics from the University of UK.
