Nomvuselelo Songelwa leads a centralised business intelligence hub and user platform for tourism in South Africa which empowers the tourism industry to make strategic decisions by providing credible information and insights through its online centralized digital platform. She has fulfilled several critical roles throughout her career, allowing her to develop her expertise in strategic and operational support. These include the roles of Chief Operations Officer at Eastern Cape Parks and Tourism Agency, Managing Executive Operations & Senior General Manager of Operations at South African National Parks (SANParks), Regional Manager Garden Route National Park and in earlier years Lecturer at University of Limpopo. She is the current the Council Chairperson of Nelson Mandela Museum and a Board Member at World Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF). Doctor of Philosophy in Social Science (University of Witwatersrand), she also holds a Master of Philosophy of Science Education (University of Western Cape), Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Science (University of Transkei), an International Certificate of Environmental Education (Cornell University) and (Rhodes University). She also followed various programs on Development, Mastering Finance, General Management and on Women in Leadership, Executive and Management Coaching.
