Filippo Di Gregorio

Director General - Union of Industrialists and Companies Reggio Emilia, Unindustria

A native of Parma, Italy, he is 44 years old and married with two children. After studying Philosophy at the University of Parma, he went on to obtain an MBA from the University of Bologna. At a professional level, following a brief experience in the voluntary sector, he worked for nearly three years in the recruitment field, with roles of increasing responsibility. In 2007 he joined Dallara Automobili as Human Resources Manager, where he was responsible for developing new HR policies, implementing a system which added intangible components to the traditional ones, from the company’s working environment right through to corporate social responsibility, with a strong focus on relationships with the local area. He also focused his activities on organisational development, handling skills mapping, staff evaluations and growth and development paths, with a view to providing systemic support to innovation and change processes. In 2014 he was named Group HR Director, with responsibility for personnel at the headquarters in Varano De’ Melegari near Parma, the Dallara Compositi production site in nearby Collecchio, and the US company Dallara LLC in Indianapolis. Since the 1st of March 2019 he has been Director General of Unindustria Reggio Emilia – Confindustria (General Confederation of Italian Industry) and Managing Director of Sifir, the association’s subholding which manages its real-estate assets and also exercises management, coordination and control over the organisation’s companies which provide services to businesses (Cis – training; Assoservizi – payroll; Check-Up Service – occupational medicine).
