Rossella Ravagli has been Director of Sustainability at the Armani Group since September 2021.

Since January 2021 she has been Advisory Board Member in Fashion Technology Accelerator, Strategic Advisor in the “Monitor for Circular Fashion -SDA Bocconi” and Director of the Three-Year Advanced Training Course in Sustainable Fashion in Accademia UnIdee – Fondazione Pistoletto. Author of articles, publications and speaker at various conferences.

From 2008 to 2020, she continued her professional career as “Head of Sustainability” at Gucci, where she created the CSR&Sustainability department, defined, developed and implemented the sustainability strategy and related projects and objectives, increasing culture and awareness globally. In her role, she guided the company to achieve internationally recognised leadership on sustainability.

Committed with determination and passion for more than 25 years in the field of social responsibility and sustainability. After obtaining a degree in Statistical and Economic Sciences from the University of Bologna and a master’s degree in quality, she had her first experience in management consultancy and from 1996 started working full-time in the field of social responsibility and sustainability as CSR manager for two certification bodies, where she built up the CSR structure and developed internationally recognised skills in the provision of consultancy, auditing, training and certification services for different types of companies and sectors.

Autrice di articoli, pubblicazioni e relatrice in vari convegni.

Dal 2008 al 2020 ha proseguito il suo percorso professionale come “Head of Sustainability ” presso Gucci, dove ha creato il dipartimento CSR&Sustainability, definito, sviluppato e implementato la strategia di sostenibilità e i progetti e obiettivi correlati, aumentando la cultura e la consapevolezza a livello globale. Nel suo ruolo ha guidato l’azienda a raggiungere una leadership riconosciuta a livello internazionale sulla sostenibilità.

Impegnata con determinazione e passione da oltre 25 anni nel campo della responsabilità sociale e sostenibilità. Dopo aver conseguito una laurea in Scienze Statistiche ed Economiche presso l’Università di Bologna e un master in qualità, ha avuto una prima esperienza di consulenza direzionale e dal 1996 ha iniziato a occuparsi a tempo pieno di responsabilità sociale e sostenibilità come CSR manager per due enti di certificazione, dove ha costruito la struttura della CSR e sviluppato competenze riconosciute a livello internazionale per l’erogazione di servizi di consulenza, auditing, formazione e certificazione, per diverse tipologie di aziende e settori.
