She has been President, since 2012, and CEO, since 2010, of Gruppo Mastrotto, the leading tanning group in Italy and a major player globally.

She has worked to bring the company closer to the customer, particularly through the creation of Gruppo Mastrotto Express, the world’s largest logistics hub for the sector.

She is also founder and board member of the Silvana and Bruno Mastrotto Foundation, a philanthropic organization that aims to support projects with social goals, and a member of the General Council of UNIC (Unione Nazionale Industria Conciaria).

She began her experience in the Group in 2003.

 

 

È Presidente, dal 2012, e Amministratore Delegato, dal 2010, di Gruppo Mastrotto, il primo gruppo conciario in Italia e uno dei principali player a livello globale.

Ha lavorato per avvicinare sempre di più l’azienda al cliente, in particolare attraverso la creazione di Gruppo Mastrotto Express, il più grande hub logistico al mondo del settore.

È anche fondatrice e consigliere della Fondazione Silvana e Bruno Mastrotto, un ente filantropico che si propone di sostenere progetti con finalità sociali, e membro del Consiglio Generale di UNIC (Unione Nazionale Industria Conciaria).

Ha iniziato la sua esperienza nell’azienda di famiglia nel 2003.
