A graduate of Bocconi University in Milan, he has extensive experience in both international cooperation and the social sector in Italy. Prior to Oxfam Italy he worked as a program officer in UNICEF and in consulting firms and coordinated social planning work in local authorities and Italian third sector organizations. He has been an adjunct professor at the University of Florence for several years and currently speaks as an expert in various masters and courses at Italian universities and training agencies. Prior to his current position as Director General in Oxfam Italy, he was Director of the International Cooperation Department of the same organization since 2005.
