During a career spanning more than 25 years, she practiced law as a transformational tool to help international companies achieve sustainable growth, across markets and cultures. She has been working in Gucci since 2015, where she holds the position of Executive Vice President General Counsel, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability. In this role, she helps shape Gucci’s environmental and social sustainability journey, making it a pillar of the company’s corporate inclusivity, equity and gender equality. In the past she trained professionally in several high-profile firms’ legal divisions including Coca Cola and Bottega Veneta. After graduating in law at the University La Sapienza in Rome she earned a master’s degree in European Union law from the College of Europe in Bruges.
