Daniela Sbrollini è Senatrice della Repubblica nella XIX Legislatura dove ricopre il ruolo di Vice Presidente della 10a Commissione permanente (Affari sociali, sanità, lavoro pubblico e privato, previdenza sociale) e componente della 7a Commissione permanente (Cultura e patrimonio culturale, istruzione pubblica)
e della Commissione parlamentare di inchiesta sul femminicidio, nonché su ogni forma di violenza di genere. Al Senato della Repubblica è responsabile per lo sport di Italia Viva e in questa veste e come parlamentare è stata firmatarie di importanti iniziative legislative come la “Modifica all’articolo 33 della Costituzione, in materia di attività sportiva”, la “Modifica all’articolo 15 del testo unico delle imposte sui redditi, in materia di detrazione delle spese per l’iscrizione annuale e l’abbonamento ad associazioni sportive, palestre, piscine e altre strutture e impianti sportivi destinati alla pratica sportiva dilettantistica”, la “Disciplina delle attività sportive dilettantistiche,” le “Modifiche in materia di titolarità e commercializzazione dei diritti audiovisivi sportivi.”, le “Disposizioni per la promozione dell’educazione motoria e della cultura sportiva, per il sostegno del percorso formativo degli studenti atleti e per il riconoscimento delle professioni relative alle attività motorie e sportive” e le “Disposizioni recanti interventi finalizzati all’introduzione dell’esercizio fisico come strumento di prevenzione e terapia all’interno del Servizio sanitario nazionale”. È Presidente degli Intergruppi Parlamentari “Qualità di Vita nelle città”, “Obesità e Diabete”, sui “valori della maglia azzurra e dello sport”, sulle “allergie respiratorie” e sulle “Malattie dermatologiche e la salute della pelle”.
