Nel 2008 è protagonista, con altri Partner, del management buyout di The European House – Ambrosetti liquidando il fondatore. È inoltre Director di Ambrosetti Group Limited di Londra, Presidente di The European House – Ambrosetti Middle East, Senior Advisor del fondo di Venture Capital in Italia, United Ventures e Mentor di Kairos Society, associazione di giovani imprenditori americani. Dal 2011 è anche membro di YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization). È membro dei Consigli di Amministrazione di numerose aziende. Realizza docenze su tematiche di strategia e di sistemi di governo per Imprese, Associazioni e Università. È autore del libro “Verso l’eccellenza. I Consigli di Amministrazione: uno strumento per un efficace Sistema di Governo societario. Proposte e indicazioni”, edito da Sperling & Kupfer e del libro “I Riferimenti Fondamentali della Gestione Strategica – I paradigmi del Sistema Impresa”, edito da IPSOA. Ha fondato e continua a presiedere importanti Think Tank, tra questi: “Observatory on Europe” a Bruxelles, “Osservatorio sull’eccellenza dei Sistemi di Governo in Italia”, “Meridiano Sanità”, “Cashless Society”, solo per citarne alcuni. All’inizio della carriera, prima di The European House – Ambrosetti, ha lavorato in Finanza (BNP Paribas), nel Corporate Finance e come trader alla Borsa di Milano e alla Banca Popolare di Luino e Varese.

Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of The European House – Ambrosetti since 2000, he led the management buyout of the company along with other partners in 2008, thereby settling with the founder. He is also Director of London’s Ambrosetti Group Limited, Chairman of The European House – Ambrosetti Middle East, Senior Advisor of the venture capital fund United Ventures, and Mentor of the Kairos Society, an association of young American entrepreneurs. He has been a member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) since 2011. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of numerous companies. He gives lectures and seminars on strategy and management for top executives, associations, and universities. He is the author of Towards Excellence. Boards of Directors: A Tool for an Effective System of Corporate Governance. Proposals and Recommendations, published by Sperling & Kupfer, and The Fundamentals of Strategic Management – Paradigms of the Corporate System, published by IPSOA. He founded and continues to chair important think tanks including Observatory on Europe in Brussels, Observatory on the Excellence of Corporate Governance in Italy, Meridiano Sanità, and Cashless Society, among others. Earlier in his career, before The European House – Ambrosetti, he worked in finance (BNP Paribas), corporate finance, and as a trader at the Milan Stock Exchange and Banca Popolare di Luino e Varese.
