Senior Vice President Manufacturing - Pirelli Tyre
Francesco Sala has been Senior Vice President Manufacturing of Pirelli Tyre since 2016, leading Consumer Manufacturing Organization.
From 2014 to 2016 he was Worldwide Manufacturing Director at Prysmian, with the responsibility of consolidated industrial performances at Group Level either for Energy and Telecom (89 plants, 12.000 blue collars).
Prior to that, he was Head of Industrial Purchasing (2007-2011) and then Purchasing Director and Member of the management team for Russia Operations startup (2011-2014, based in Moscow) at Pirelli Tyre.
Previously, he worked in STMicroelectronics and Finder Pompe.
Francesco Sala graduated in 1998 in Material Engineering at Politecnico Milano and obtained an Executive MBA at MIP Politecnico Milano in 2008.
