Federica Alberti

She’s the Head of the InnoTech Hub at The European House – Ambrosetti and she’s responsible for the Technology Forum since its first edition, on 2012. Of course, she’s now at work preparing  the edition number 5, which will be held in Milan, on May 20 and 21st.

Alberto Di Minin

He’s  professor of Strategy at the Management Institute of the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, and much more: he’s a top expert on Open Innovation, a member of the Berkeley Roundtable on the International Economy at the UC Berkeley (USA) and ‘Delegato Nazionale’ for Horizon 2020- SME/Access to Finance. Since last fall, he’s also sharing the path to the fifth Technology Forum as a special advisor for The European House – Ambrosetti.

Marco Malacarne

He’s leads the Operations Department of the European Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises (EASME), at the European Commission. In other words: he’s the man who assigned more than 48 million Euro to Italian innovative SMEs, only between 2014 and 2015.

Now, through the open call for 2016-2017, he’s ready again to allocate funds that can reach the amount of 2.5 million per company.

Arianna Trettel

She’s Founding member and Chairman of Brainsigns, a spin off of ‘Università La Sapienza’, where neurosciences meet the market, as Neuro-marketing, Workload Analysis, Neuroesthetics, Neuro-Retail and Medical Trial.

She has a long experience in market research and she has some important ‘lessons learned’ to share about the SME Instrument.

Alessandro Sannino

He’s a co-inventor of the Gelesis100 technology, which safely induces weight loss and improves glycemic control in overweight and obese patients. Almost 4 milion persons in Italy.

He’s founder of Accademia Life Science and he surely has a vision on innovation – and how to finance it – that can change an entire company. Even an entire life.

Antonio Carbone

If you want to really know how to make the best of the SME Instrument, just call him: he’s the National Contact Point for Horizon 2020 at APRE (Agenzia per la Promozione della Ricerca Europea).

He will explain the basics of the Instrument, because he knows how it works – and even how sometimes it doesn’t.

Luca Rossettini

He’s CEO of D-Orbit, which works on mitigation and remediation activities related to Space Debris.

He’s an example to be listen about the SME Instument. With some insights and some very smart suggestions.

Raffaele Giordanelli

He’s co-founder, CEO and CTO of Eco4Cloud, so he knew the start up stage, the prototyping, the reserach of founds and the first important clients. What he does is developing an efficient distribution of the workload on a multi-site scenario – and he knows more than something about Hoirizon 2020.

Luca Benatti

He’s CEO of EryDel and he has over 25 year experience in Pharma and Biotech. He was Co-founder and CEO of Newron Pharmaceuticals, where he developed a pipeline of innovative therapies, with most advanced Xadago for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.

Moreover, he’s a champion of the SME Instrument.

Alberto Baban

He’s SME President at Confindustria and he’s the entrepreneur who founded Tapì, the company which leads the revolution of the world of spirits.

He was born in Venice and he’s very active in promoting Horizon2020 for financing innovation – nobody else would have given better conclusions to the Technology Forum Preview.
