Innovation, Education, Entrepreneurship: the keywords of the Technology Forum 2014, which will be held in CastelBrando ( Cison Valmarino – Treviso ) on May 23rd and 24th May.
The event, organized by The European House-Ambrosetti and now in its third edition, will bring together the number one of the most important Italian companies and organizations – the decision-makers, in a word – to represent the four actors in the chain of technological innovation: research, finance, business and institutions.
A formula for the re-launch of the Italian innovation ecosystem will be the ultimate goal of this two day discussion, according to some basic themes:
How Technology Can Solve Humanity’s Grand Challenges?
Education, the driver to unlock entrepreneurial capabilities and creativity;
What ecosystem to power growth and promote successful exit strategies?
Foster innovation through collaborative networks;
Cities and Countries: Smart Environment for Innovation;
Innovation for Growth: Priorities for Italy.
The best names in the global technology transfer will be there, beginning with Vivek Wadhwa, from Singularity University, who will open the Forum whit his strategic vision. And then David Gann, from the Imperial College of London, Rajeeb Dey, CEO of Enternship.com and founder of Startup Britain, Nicolas Shea, CEO and founder of Cumplo and founder of Start Up Chile, and many others – including the best italian performers: from the Italian Institute of Technology to the success stories in finance and enterprise.
Saturday, May 24, during the closing session, the report ” The environment for innovation: drivers for the growth of Italian companies and Italy” will be presented to the policy makers. It is the result of the work of the Community Technology, Innovation and Technology Transfer (TITT) of Ambrosetti Club.
