As ManpowerGroup’s Chief Talent Scientist, he is responsible for leading the Center of Excellence for Assessment and Analytics, developing data-driven solutions and insight to create new value for clients and candidates by driving predictable performance.

A well-known international expert in business psychology, people analytics and talent management, and a pioneer in creating tools based on People Analytics to select and develop the right talent in key roles and to improve team efficacy.

He is Professor of Business Psychology at Columbia University and UCL – University College London, and He is also the co-founder of Deeper Signals and Metaprofiling.

One of the most prolific social scientists of his generation, he writes often about talent psychology, leadership, innovation and man-AI interaction in Fast Company, The Guardian, Forbes and the Harvard Business Review and he has published over 200 scientific articles and ten books.
