He is Professor of Business Psychology at Columbia University and UCL – University College London, and He is also the co-founder of Deeper Signals and Metaprofiling. One of the most prolific social scientists of his generation, he writes often about talent psychology, leadership, innovation and man-AI interaction in Fast Company, The Guardian, Forbes and the Harvard Business Review and he has published over 200 scientific articles and ten books.
