Among the World’s Top 2% of Scientists according to Stanford University, he is also one of the most renowned experts in the development of artificial intelligence with the prospect of collaboration and co-creation with human beings.

He is Provost Chair in Management and Organization at the NUS Business School, National University of Singapore and Founding director of the Center on AI Technology for Humankind (AiTH).

He is also the founder and Chief Academic Officer of the LEAD – Leading Artificial Intelligence & Digital Management partnership between the National University of Singapore Business School, Cambridge Judge Business School, Imperial College Business School and Yale Law School, and companies including Cisco, Huawei, Novartis and Santander Bank, involving the leadership and management required in the new technology-driven work scenario. His latest book is Leadership By Algorithm: Who Leads and Who Follows in the AI Era? He is an Honorary Fellow of the Judge Business School and St. Edmund’s College (Cambridge University) and member of the Yale Law School Justice Collaboratory.
