CEO and Executive Director - Yoma Strategic Holdings - Myanmar
Melvyn Pun is the Chief Executive Officer of Yoma Strategic, a Myanmar based conglomerate engaging in real estate development, automotive and heavy equipment distribution, and consumer businesses. Yoma Strategic is listed on the Singapore mainboard.
Prior to his appointment in 2015. Melvyn was the CEO of Serge Pun & Associates (Myanmar) Limited, which is the parent company of Yoma Bank and First Myanmar Investment, the first company listed on the Yangon Stock Exchange. Prior to joining SPA, Melvyn spent 12 years at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong, where he was Managing Director, Head of Asia Ex- Japan Corporate Solutions Group.
Melvyn was educated in the United Kingdom and graduated from University of Cambridge with a Masters of Engineering degree.
