Fabio Gallia has been Chief Executive Officer and General Director of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti since 2015.
He is also Member of the Board of several companies like Coesia, Ariston Thermo and Elite.
From September 2015 to March 2016, he was Vice President of Fondo Strategico Italiano.
Previously, he was General Director and then Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas and in 2012 he was appointed Country Manager for Italy.
Prior to joining BNP Paribas, from 2002 to 2007 he worked for Gruppo Capitalia, in different capacities.
In 1990, after two years with Accenture, he moved to Ersel Asset Management, where he had roles of increasing responsibility until 1999, when he became General Director and Partner.
In 2015, he was awarded Order of Merit for Labour by the President of Italian Republic.
Fabio Gallia graduated from the University of Turin with a Master in Economics and Management in 1987.
