Thanongsinh Kanlagna serves as the Executive Vice President of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LNCCI) since September 2015 and is Member of the Parliament of LAO PDR and Executive President and Founder of Datacom Company Limited. He is also Executive Vice President of Lao-China Business Cooperation Committee (under LNCCI) and Vice President, Lao-Azerbaijan Friendship Committee. Since 2020, he is the Honorary President of Lao ICT Commerce Association (LICA), where he has been President from 2006 to 2019, and from 2012-2015 he has been Vice-President Young Entrepreneur Association of Laos (YEAL). He is member of WITSA (World IT Software Alliance) since 2007 and member of the ASOCIO (Asian-Oceania computer Industry Organisation) since 2006. Thanongsinh has contributed to multiple international partnerships, including as the Executive Vice Head of the Lao-China Business Council under LNCCI and as member of the Mekong-Japan Industry-Public Sector Dialogue Caucus and Mekong-Korea Business Council. Over the years, he has received several honors, such as 2 Labor Medal (Lien Xay Heng Gan) of Lao PDR 2017 for participation in the successful Laos ASEAN Summit 2016 and for activities within LNCCI, and the ASOCIO Special contribution award 30^th year.
