Marco Bardelli has an MBA from University of Chicago and has been working in Asia for a bit more than a quarter of a century. He arrived in Singapore as banker, with what is now Banca Intesa Group, involved both in investment banking and asset management, covering roles up to Asia CEO. He then switched to Citramas Group a decade ago where he spearheaded, together with the CEO, various projects including Nongsa Digital Park Special Economic Zone (NDP). Inside NDP he has been working on initiatives both on the talent and the infrastructure side of Digital Economy. He leads Infinite Learning, a Division of the Group’s Infinite Studios, which focuses on Vocational Education. He is the Project Coordinator of Apple Developer Academy-Infinite Learning in NDP and brought into the ecosystem other valuable partners such as IBM, Epic Games, AWS and RMIT University Melbourne. On the infrastructure side of things, he has been at the forefront of the setting up of the Data Centre Hub @ NDP, a unique DC campus that has attracted international DC operators but also the Indonesian Government own plans for a Tier IV DC campus. He has also worked on enhancing connectivity for the whole ecosystem in NDP through the Group’s company CitraConnect and forging collaborations with various telco companies. He is also involved in other Group’s projects looking at Augmented Reality, Metaverse and Artificial Intelligence.
