President Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry Consul Enunina V. Mangio is the 3rd female President of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), the country’s most prominent business organization, since its inception in 1978. A licensed chemical engineer by profession, Mangio owns several large businesses including Construction, Services and Casual Dining chain of restaurants. She’s engaged in several businesses including Servcare International Corporation, an international holding company with subsidiaries in the US, Asia, and Dubai, where she sits as President. She is also the Chairman of the Board of Mawell Chemical Corporation, a Triple A Electrical & Mechanical Contractor, and Choosers Choice Food & Development Corporation—a chain of casual dining restaurants serving Korean and Japanese cuisines with a total of 50 branches all over the Philippines. At present, Mangio is a member of the Board of Governors and Chairman Emeritus of the Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP), a member of the Board of Trustees of the Philippine Food Exporters Confederation (PHILEXPORT), and Honorary Chair and Senior Adviser of the Philippines-Korea Economic Council. Before leading the chamber movement, Mangio served as Vice President for PCCI Regional Affairs, which covers 127 local chambers nationwide. She is also an Honorary Consul of the Republic of Liberia in West Africa.
