Romolo V. Nati is a leading figure in sustainable real estate and development. He has built his career as a multi-awarded green architect, designer, entrepreneur, and advocate for eco-friendly design principles. In 2007, he ventured into the Philippines, seeing an opportunity to create sustainable, eco- friendly developments in a rapidly urbanizing country. This move led to the founding of Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) in 2009 in partnership with Filipino lawyer Atty. Jose D. Leviste III. Their goal was to create sustainable buildings and developments that not only minimized environmental impact but also contributed positively to local communities through green technologies and design.
