Alfredo Perdiguero is the Director of the Regional Cooperation and Operations Coordination Division in ADB’s Southeast Asia Department Bank. Having worked in Southeast Asia for the last 20 years, he has broad exposure, deep knowledge and extensive work with ADB on regional cooperation and integration issues in the ASEAN region, the Brunei Darussalam-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East ASEAN Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA), and the Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle (IMT-GT), and the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS). Alfredo also acts as the administrator of the ASEAN Infrastructure Fund, the largest initiative of the ASEAN in its history based on the member countries’ funding contributions.
