General Manager of Hung Yen Knitting and Dyeing co, a fabric mill based in north of Vietnam as a result of 100% investment form the Italian Carvico Group. She started working in 2008, at the beginning as a sales director. Between 2003 and 2008 – with the role of strategic communication manager at Laboratorio Elettra, Sincrotrone Trieste – collaborated with European research institutes, government agencies and industrial partners across industry sectors to promote and accelerate the use of the research studies and innovation through R&D, consultancy services and experimental programs in manufacturing companies. Worked for 10 years as Executive Programs Director at Consortium of American Universities (CIMBA) developing training programs for managers and entrepreneurs, conferences with public institutions and consulting activities for medium size enterprises. She holds a Doctorate Degree in Economics and MBA from Clemson University SC, USA.
