HIGH LEVEL DIALOGUE ON ASEAN ITALY ECONOMIC RELATIONS

Garry V. De Guzman is Undersecretary for Finance, at the Department of Transportation in Philippines. He manages both the Finance & Management Service, and the Comptrollership Service. He is primarily responsible for lobbying the funding of transportation infrastructure projects (airports, seaports, railways and road transport) across the country. He also oversees the budget planning, programming, execution and reporting of the Department and its regional offices, sectoral offices, attached agencies and attached corporations.
