CEO, Thyssenkrupp AG, Sub Saharan Africa. Mr. Molekoa has more than 18 years profesional experience, both operational and leadership roles, in asset-intensive heavy industries and consulting across Africa. His work experience covers organisations such as De Beers Diamond Mines, Saint-Gobain Plaster, DuPont or Black & Veatch. Through-out his profesional carrer, he has extensively advised over 50 African organisations on value maximisation and growth into Sub Saharan Africa. In his current role he’s responsible for growing the thyssenkrupp business across Sub Saharan Africa. He also serves on a number of boards in South Africa.
