Member of the Executive Council for Education, Gauteng, South Africa. Mr. Lesufi has been a member of the Provincial Executive Committee since 2007 and served in the NEC Education Sub-committee. He was recently elected as Deputy Chairperson of the ANC in Gauteng. He has worked in post-1994 administration in various capacities, including: Ekurhuleni Municipality; Gauteng Department of Social Development; Gauteng Department of Education; Department of Basic Education; National Prosecuting Authority/South African Police Service; South African Social Security Agency (SASSA).
