Deputy Minister of Transport and Infrastructural Development, Republic of Zimbabwe. Former Prosecutor, Deputy Minister Chasi has been Senior Legal Counsel at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe for 23 years. He was elected Member of Parliament in 2013 and appointed Deputy Minister for Justice Legal & Parliamentary Affairs. He was re-elected Member of Parliament again in 2018. He is a Master of Laws graduate from the University of Essex, and he holds a Master in International Relations from the University of Zimbabwe and a Master in International Business Law from the University of Cumbria.
