Francesco Geoffroy is the project manager of the EU-ITC Trade Development Project for Iran. He joined ITC in 1988 as Associate project Manager in Jordan and was subsequently appointed as Country Manager for the Arab Countries, Donor Relations Officer, Chief of Interregional Programmes, LDCs Coordinator. Francesco Geoffroy, an Italian national, has extensive knowledge about international relations, export development and project financing and implementation. Prior to joining ITC, he worked in the export department of Italian firms including Benetton and Ariston. Francesco Geoffroy has a diploma in International Law followed by specializations in International Trade, Diplomacy and Economic Development.
